How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. We provide tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all ECOSUSI products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Will my laptop fit in your vintage briefcases?
Our product pages include specific dimensions for the laptop compartments. Most of our standard briefcases fit a 14-inch or 15.6-inch laptop. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page for the exact fit.
